How to remove your radio?
Remove with extraction keys
Before we can unlock your radio, in most cases we need the serial number of the radio. To find your serial number, you must remove the radio and find the radio tag on the top or side of the radio case. In some cases, the serial number of the radio is engraved on the device.
To remove the radio, you need to use the radio extraction key, which can be purchased in several online stores. In some cases, you can remove the radio with a small screwdriver, but we do not recommend damaging the device.
If you want to handle the task yourself, you can find many guides on how to remove radio using Youtube.
The serial number of each radio does not require removing the radio. Some can be displayed on the screen by pressing several buttons. For more information, we recommend that you check your specific car/radio model or the corresponding page on the manufacturer's website before doing anything else.
